Learning Materials & Certification

You receive fully illustrated notes at the start of each module.  These contain the information we cover on that particular module and it is recommended you add your own notes to these as you require:

Pictures, stickmen, extra notes, reminders, mind-maps are all helpful tools.  Transfer the information where it is needed – into your mind and memory.   (I went round with different colour finger nails to remind me of the meridians when I was doing my training.  It wasn’t fashionable back then!)  Use what works for you including the techniques we learn.

Flow – Kinesiology Foundation Course

The notes you receive contain the muscle tests, corrections and protocols that you will learn and practice.  I am delighted to say that the Association of Systematic Kinesiology have asked me to re-write the full Foundation Course so you will be some of the first students to receive the new updated manual.

In class, I combine:

Presentations: presenting the information to you in a visual way.

Explanations: putting meat on the bones, giving you extra information.

Demonstrations: showing you how each test/technique is done using a person and encouraging you with best practice.

Q&A: there is no such thing as a stupid question, I may say it will be covered later in the module or I may dive straight into it there and then.

Workshopping:  This is vital for your confidence and success.  Learning happens more in this than any other part of the modules, so leave your worries at home, you are here to learn and experience kinesiology.

All the SK courses I teach are accredited by ASK (Association of Systematic Kinesiology)
