Hi, I’m Rosemary Tarrant

Having been a practitioner and worked with clients on a one-to-one basis for over 20 years which I love, I’ve also decided to share my knowledge in a fun and creative online way.

I’ve loved having good levels of energy throughout my working life and want to share how I do it with you. Throughout my teenage years and 20s I suffered with PMT and I’ve had a liver condition since birth. Looking after my body naturally is something that was encouraged by the Paediatrician who looked after me throughout my life up until my late teens and it’s something I’ve continued.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not some sort of Super Woman who has endless energy, there are times when it slumps and I have to take a step back and look at what’s going on:

  • Am I doing too much or working on too many projects?
  • Am I eating well and taking my supplements?
  • Could I have some minor infection that is working in my body without me really knowing?

Now if like me you have tried new diets from time to time you might recognise the following: I get excited because I think “this time will be different.” And things would start off positive in that I lost those first few pounds. And I had that amazing feeling of having my clothes feel that bit looser and picking out those jeans that have “gotten tight in the wash” and I feel great in. But then, I would start to suffer on a lot of those diets. I was hungry and deprived. I was grumpy!! Maybe you can relate and know how defeating this is.

That’s when I decided that there HAD to be a better way. 

I made it my life’s work to study how the body worked, the real science about food and nutrition and learn why I was struggling for so many years – and I learned how to heal my metabolism so I could not only lose the weight, but keep it off for good.
