Menopause: A Change Too Far!

Hot Flashes, Sweats (Night or Day), Skin Dryness, Lower Libido, Anxiety and Memory Problems are just some of the symptoms felt by many women.

The hormonal changes that can occur in the years leading up to the Menopause can cause problems for a lot of women. For a few appointments I will work to bring your body back into balance in the following ways.

There may be some food intolerances happening in that some foods may be partly responsible for the hot flashes and sweats that you experience. This would be an area I would check in the first two sessions and also look at for some nutritional or Homeobotanical tincture to help balance the endocrine system of which the ovaries are part.

Working on the lymphatic system helps to cleanse your body’s tissues, this can be really helpful for congested breast tissue and there is a really good technique that I can teach you to do at home to continue the benefits between treatments.

The endocrine system is one of the slower systems in the body to re-balance so I recommend as a minimum, balance sessions over a 3 month period. Initially, I would expect to see you with a week between the first 2 sessions and then space it to fortnightly, then to 3 weeks so approximately 6-7 balances over the 3 months.
