Weekly Health Show on TD1Radio hay fever
So this is a whole new step into the unknown for me. From Monday the 6th April 2015 between 4-6pm, I will be hosting my own weekly health radio show on TD1 Radio on 106.5 FM also available on the internet if you live outside the district.
There will be guest speakers usually on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month and there will be different health topics weekly.
We will be starting off with hay fever on the 6th April and I will be giving you tips about what has helped clients over the last 14 years. These tips can also work with other respiratory reactions such as animal allergies.
On the 13th April, I will have Susan Green visiting, an amazing remedial massage therapist from Westruther speaking about what help is available for Sciatica and Piriformis Syndrome. She is very professional, very knowledgable and great fun, she is also the person I go and have a massage from so I can totally recommend her.
So tune in, there will be music with links to various parts of the body, regular competitions and possibly a recipe of the week also. I would love your feedback.
